Paley Advisors, LLC is a generalist global M & A advisory group.

Paley Advisors, LLC (“Paley”) was founded by Bob Caines, Joe Escobar, John Overall and Tripp Wier in 2014. From 2002 to 2014, Bob served as one of three Managing Partners at Paley Dixon, Inc., the New York City-based buy-side intermediary and advisory firm, founded in 1979. Paley Advisors, LLC and Paley Dixon, Inc. are independently owned and managed strategic partners.

Paley Advisors is headquartered in New York, NY, with offices in Los Angeles, CA. and Wilmington, DE.

We work with negative-EBITDA distressed companies, pre-revenue startups, post-revenue startups, smaller growth companies, medium-sized companies and larger mature companies – around the world.
