Tripp Wier, Founding Partner at Paley Advisors, is an entrepreneur, mergers and acquisitions executive and legal professional with over ten years of business development and management experience.
Tripp co-founded Paley Advisors in 2014 after having joined Paley Dixon, Inc. in 2013. From 2007 to 2013, Tripp and partners founded, grew and recapitalized Cathedral Partners, now Axial, Inc. Prior to Axial, Tripp served as Director of Deal Sourcing and Investment Manager for C2 Partners and Context Advisors, a private equity fund and boutique investment advisory firm.
Previous to C2/Context, Tripp served as Assistant Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware, Department of Justice. Prior to that, Tripp worked in operations and management for three heavy industrial manufacturing companies, including Kingway Material Handling Company (Atlanta, GA), Hanna Corporation (Chicago, IL) and Klemp Corporation (Chicago, IL).
Education
Tripp holds a Bachelor of Political Science degree from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law.
